DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Delivery

1.1. Courier Services

Orders from the Sjaj.shop website are delivered within the Republic of Serbia through reliable courier services:

  • BexExpress
  • DExpress
  • Pošte Srbije (Serbian Post)

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

1.2. Delivery Time

  • Belgrade: 1-2 business days
  • Other cities in Serbia: 2-5 business days

Note: The delivery time may depend on the location, product availability, and courier service workload.

1.3. Delivery Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and depend on the weight of the package and the destination. The exact amount will be displayed before order confirmation.

1.4. Receiving the Shipment

The customer is required to inspect the package upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, it should be reported immediately to the courier, and a damage report should be created. Otherwise, later claims for physical damage will not be accepted.

2. Product Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, the customer has the right to return a product without providing an explanation within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2.1. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all labels and the original receipt.
  • The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, except in cases of product damage or manufacturing defects.

2.2. Return Process

  1. Send an email to project@sjaj.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. After return approval, send the product via BexExpress, DExpress, or Pošte Srbije.
  3. Once the item is inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

2.3. Complaints and Product Exchange

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have the right to file a complaint within 8 business days of receiving the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
